Two Iconic Vermont Voices Join Forces for PajamaGram Fundraiser to Benefit Make-A-Wish

Vermont Business Magazine Jonathan Goldsmith, best known for his role as the most interesting man alive in the Dos Equis commercials, and Tom Bodett, known for his radio commercials for Motel 6 and also as a panelist on “Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me” from NPR. came together to create a video to support Make-A-Wish. This is part of PajamaGram’s effort to raise money for Make-A-Wish chapters across the country through the sale of newly designed Wish pajamas.

The Shelburne-based company recently made the pajama set which conveys a message of hope, strength and joy available on its website at wish.pajamagram.com. The proceeds from each sale are used to grant the wishes of children with serious illnesses.

The ad, narrated by Bodett, pays homage to Goldsmith’s 50-year career in theatre, film and television while also poking fun at her most famous and interesting role in advertising.

Goldsmith encourages viewers to “Keep Cozy Friends” while sipping hot chocolate in front of a crackling fire while wearing her Pajamagram Wish pajamas accented with fuzzy pink slippers.

Bodett and Goldsmith are longtime supporters of the Make-A-Wish Vermont chapter, where the two reside.

“At Make-A-Wish, we are all thrilled with the support of Pajamagram. Jonathan and Tom,” said Jamie Hathaway, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish Vermont. “This video is a lot of fun. Most importantly, the sales of these pajamas will help us grant the wishes of seriously ill children across the country while making the world a more comfortable place at the same time.”

For every pair of Wish pajamas sold between January 1, 2022 and October 31, 2022, PajamaGram will donate $11 to Make-A-Wish. The pajamas are sold in baby, toddler, child, adult and even pet sizes so the whole family can get a pair and support Make-A-Wish together.

The pajamas are on sale now and can be purchased at wish.pajamagram.com.
