More businesses added to ‘Buy it at Butte’ | Local

EDITOR’S NOTE: The “Buy It At Butte” initiative is a team effort by Butte media including The Montana Standard, ABC FOX Montana, Cherry Creek Media, KBOW / KOPR, KXLF and NBC Montana. The Butte-Silver Bow Chamber of Commerce and Butte Local Development Corp are also promoting the “local shop” for the 2021 holiday season.

As part of this seasonal program, The Montana Standard will feature some of the participating companies each week in December.

This week, companies include the Mother Lode Theater, Butte Floral, Beautiful Things on Broadway, and Cub Power. All of them have unique gifts to share.

Soon Christmas will be here, but there are still a few weeks left to find these special gifts for family and friends.

Local shopping is also a gift. Not only will you make the person who receives your gift smile, but you’ll also give a local business owner who depends on your business to stay open a reason to smile.

“Buying local is the only way Mother Lode Theater can provide live music, dancing and theater to audiences. Without the support of the community to attend live events, the theater would not be able to open its doors and organizations that depend on a venue like the Mother Lode Theater might not be able to attract artists and programs. at Butte. Our programming helps other businesses such as stores, hotels and restaurants with additional revenue from clients attending events.Robin Busch, Managing Director
