Middleby Food Processing Hires Ken Mentch | 2021-04-13


PLANO, Texas. – Middleby Food Processing has added Ken Mentch to its team as Automation Sales Manager. Mr. Mentch will focus on Ve.Ma.C, Stewart and Key-Log systems using new Guided Vehicle Automation (VGA) technologies for the bakery and protein industries.

Mr. Mentch has worked in the baking industry for over 30 years with both engineering and sales experience. For 17 years he worked in the creation and promotion of bakery equipment, robotics applications and storage and retrieval systems.

In his role as Director of Automation Sales, Mr. Mentch will focus on North American projects and review and support global VGA opportunities with Middleby offices and brands around the world.

Ve.Ma.C, Modena, Italy, specializes in the design and construction of automatic industrial lines for the treatment of fresh, cooked and cured meats. Key-Log, Modena, Italy, designs and manufactures pallet handling and storage systems.
