McDonalds honors local West Plains owner Andi-Hilburn Vaini as part of International Women’s Day






West Plains, Mo. – As today is International Women’s Day, McDonalds is joining in the celebration by recognizing the local owner of 14 different McDonalds restaurants, Andi-Hilburn Vaini. Andi has raised over $220,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities through various events and efforts. Last month, his restaurants raised more than $24,000 for the OMRM through their annual Share a Heart campaign for 2022.

Andi recently completed her leadership role for the Women’s Owner Network (WON) with McDonald’s, supporting and mentoring current female owners of McDonald’s and future female owners within the franchise system. Her most recent experience leading others successfully was as President of the Missouri McDonald’s Cooperative from 2016-2021. She has served in the past on the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House of the Ozarks, Board of the West Plains Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board of Community First Banking Company.
