ABOUT TULSA: The Golden Hurricane are 4-3 on the year, most recently losing a game to Oral Roberts on Monday. Jeriah Horne is Tulsa’s leading scorer with 19.1 points per game. Horne, who is on his second stint at Tulsa, was Colorado’s second-leading scorer and leading rebounder last year. This year, he’s shooting 51.5% from the ground and 47.4% from three points. The Golden Hurricane shoots a 45% clip as a team on the pitch, but gives up 46.3% to opponents.

SERIES HISTORY: Tulsa leads the all-time series 7-4. Friday’s game is a round trip from Boise State’s visit to Tulsa in December 2019 – a 69-56 victory for the Golden Hurricane. Max Rice is the only current Bronco who has played in the game. The previous 10 meetings were all conference opponents. Boise State and Tulsa were league opponents in the Western Athletic Conference from 2002 to 2005. The Broncos have won the last three games played at Boise.

STATE OF BOISE-AAC CHALLENGE: Friday marks the fifth game against an American Athletic Conference team in Boise State’s last 15 non-conference games, including the 2021 NIT. The Broncos are 2-2 in the previous four games, including an 82-62 win over Temple this season (November 19).

A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING: Mladen armus led Boise State in rebounds (10), blocks (4) and assists (3) against Saint Louis. Armus is one of 10 players nationwide to have recorded at least 10 rebounds, four blocks and three assists in a game this season. He did it in just 24 minutes of action, the fewest minutes out of 10 to hit the stat line.

FACE COVERS: Face coverings are mandatory on campus, except for those who actively consume food and drink. Face coverings will be provided at the entrance to the ExtraMile Arena if guests do not have them.

DIGITAL TICKETING: All ticketing for Boise State Athletics events at the ExtraMile Arena will use digital ticketing, starting this season. Make sure to register your tickets in a wallet app before you get to ExtraMile Arena, and have them handy before you reach the ticket scanners.
